Refactored Makefile
 * clean now only cleans up program, not graphics.
 * maintainer-clean cleans up everything.
Switched from getopt to argp for command-line parsing.
Also new command-line option --game-speed (-g N%).
Cleaned up some unnecessary stuff in config.h
